个人简介

曾鸿哲，男，汉族，1998年3月生，四川广元人，中共党员，湖南农业大学园艺学院茶学博士。主要从事茶叶加工及功能成分利用，先后发表学术论文30多篇，累计影响因子超200，其中以第一作者或共同第一作者在《Journal of Advanced Research》、《Food Chemistry》、《npj Science of Food》、《茶叶科学》、《食品科学》、《中国茶叶》等学术期刊上发表论文10余篇。
