个人简介

屈志豪,1996年生,男,20256月毕业于江南大学食品科学与工程专业,获工学博士学位。20257月入职湖南农业大学园艺学院茶学。围绕茶叶功能成分与骨骼肌健康以及膳食因子与婴儿肠道菌群和神经发育开展了系列研究。以第一作者在Critical Reviews in Food Scineceand NutritionFood ChemistryJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryFoodFrontiersFoodBiosciences等期刊发表SCI论文9篇。以主要完成人授权国家发明专利1项。
