个人简介

朱洺志,男,湖南省常德人,博士,硕士/博士生导师,教授,湖南省“优青”项目、湖南省“荷尖”青年科技创新人才、长沙市“杰出创新青年项目”获得者现任职于湖南农业大学园艺学院茶学系。主要进行茶叶加工品质化学、茶叶保健功能、茶叶深加工开发(包括茶叶功能成分开发、速溶茶等产品开发)等方面的研究,先后主持国自科面上项目与青年项目、湖南省自科优秀青年基金项目、湖南省重点研发、湖南省三尖人才项目、长沙市杰出创新青年培养计划项目、“十四五”国家重点研发计划项目子课题等20多项国家级与省部级科研项目;Trends in Food Science & TechnologyCritical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food ChemistryHorticulture Research等杂志上发表SCI论60多篇,申请/授权发明专利10多,参编专著2部;获中国茶叶学会科技创新奖一等奖。
